Choosing a product

How do I choose the right size?

Output (W) must cover everything you want to run at once; capacity (Wh) sets how long it runs. Add up each device's watts × hours of use and allow about 15% for inverter losses — or let Help Me Select do the math.

Can I add batteries later?

Many systems, including Jackery HomePower and Explorer Plus models, EcoFlow DELTA Pro and Anker SOLIX F-series, accept expansion batteries. Check the product page or ask us.

Are your products new?

Yes. Every product is new, in the manufacturer's original packaging, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order. Free Standard Shipping is our only shipping method. See the Shipping Policy.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 3–8 business days from the day you order, including 1–2 business days for us to process your order.

Where do you ship?

To the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We can't ship lithium batteries to PO boxes.

Returns & refunds

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused, complete and in its original packaging, with no restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. See the Return & Refund Policy.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5 business days of our inspection, to your original payment method. Banks can take a few more days to show it.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send us photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
