Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and OneiPower LLC. By using oneipower.com or placing an order, you agree to them and to our Shipping, Return & Refund, Cancellation, Payment and Warranty policies, which form part of these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. We sell to customers with delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.

Products and descriptions

Product information, specifications and images come from the manufacturers and are shown as accurately as we can. Packaging and minor details may differ from the photos. Runtime and capacity figures are manufacturer estimates that vary with load and conditions. If a product isn't as described, you can return it under our return policy.

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Availability is not guaranteed until your order ships. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

OneiPower is an independent retailer. Jackery, EcoFlow, Anker SOLIX, Natures Generator, BigBattery and other brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used on this site only to identify the products we sell. Unless stated otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.

Using the products

You agree to use products according to the manufacturer's instructions and our Product Safety & Use guidance, and to have home electrical connections installed by a licensed electrician.

Using our site

The site's design, text and code belong to OneiPower LLC unless noted otherwise. Don't copy, scrape or misuse the site, interfere with its security, or place fraudulent orders.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable U.S. federal law. If you have a problem, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order; each policy shows its last-updated date.
